Refund Policy

This policy covers grailworth Pro memberships sold by grailworth through our reseller Dodo Payments. It's part of our Terms of Service.

The free trial is the time to decide

Where a plan includes a free trial, it lets you use all of grailworth Pro before you pay anything. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. We'll show the trial's end date in your membership details on grailworth.com/subscribe, and Dodo Payments will remind you as the trial ends where they offer that.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of any charge, including the first charge after a free trial and each renewal, and you'll get the full amount of that charge back. No questions asked.

When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Any rights the law where you live gives you, such as the right of consumers in the EU and UK to cancel within 14 days of purchase, still apply.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Dodo Payments is our reseller and processes payments and refunds. Cancel with "Manage membership" on grailworth.com/subscribe or the link in your Dodo Payments receipt. To ask for a refund, email [email protected] or reply to your Dodo Payments receipt. Please include the email you paid with. We aim to answer within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
